Neste dia, iremos aprender sobre agricultura biológica, praticar atividades físicas ao ar livre e criar bolas de sementes de plantas autóctones e comestíveis.

• A visita guiada à quinta irá proporcionar-lhe uma breve introdução à agricultura biológica e aos métodos de cultivo utilizados. Iremos também aprender sobre a conversão da agricultura tradicional para a agricultura biológica.
• A atividade física será facilitada por Benn Hähnel, um treinador profissional da GiM today. Iremos fazer jogos de grupo ao ar livre, treino de mobilidade adequado a cada família e aprender sobre a importância de uma vida ativa em família.
• No workshop de bolas de sementes, aprenderemos com Neide Pereira, guia da natureza da Seed Tours, sobre a importância das sementes como agente de combate à perda da biodiversidade global. Iremos também aprender a armazenar e semear sementes de forma eficiente.
• Para terminar o dia, iremos desfrutar de um piquenique no jardim com os produtos da horta.

Come spend an unforgettable day with your family in the Quinta das Castelhanas garden!

On this day, we will learn about organic farming, practice physical activities outdoors and create seed balls from native and edible plants.

• The guided tour of the farm will provide you with a brief introduction to organic farming and the cultivation methods used. We will also learn about the conversion from traditional farming to organic farming.
• The physical activity will be facilitated by Benn Hähnel, a professional coach trainer from GiM today. We will play outdoor group games, mobility training suitable for each family and learn about the importance of an active family life.
• In the seed ball workshop, we will learn from Neide Pereira, nature guide at Seed Tours, about the importance of seeds as an agent to combat the loss of global biodiversity. We will also learn how to store and sow seeds efficiently.
• To end the day, we will enjoy a picnic with products from the garden.
